The Magnetic Hill Zoo is a 16-hectare zoo located adjacent to Magnetic Hill and the Magic Mountain in the Magnetic Hill Area of Moncton. The zoo has over 400 animals, making it the largest zoo in Atlantic Canada.
houses nearly 600 animals, the zoo including 73 indigenous and exotic species. Birds, mammals, insects, reptiles and fish find a comfortable and safe home in this 40-acre park.
In 2008, the zoo was rated fourth on a list of Canada’s top ten zoos. You should allow yourself at least 90 minutes to go through the Zoo. If you wish to be more leisurely you can spend 3-4 hours at the Zoo.
