Remai Modern is a public art museum in Saskatoon, the building was designed by Bruce Kuwabara of KPMB Architects in association with Architecture49.

New museum of modern and contemporary art in Saskatoon, Remai Modern is a growing city on the vast and ever-changing Canadian Prairies. Remai Modern offers a unique perspective on art and culture in the 21st century, with an eye on the future.

The museum’s 11,582 square metres building present permanent collection features over 8,000 works from Canadian and international artists.

The building includes 11 gallery spaces, a 150-seat theatre, Shift restaurant, outdoor terraces and rooms with stunning views of the South Saskatchewan River. We provide a Canadian and Saskatchewan perspective on global modern and contemporary art movements through a mix of regional, national and international programs.
